Background and Analysis:
The UAC reviewed a draft workplan at the December 1, 2016 meeting. The UAC discussed the draft workplan and decided to postpone action on the workplan and the election of officers until the February 2, 2017 UAC meeting.
Staff incorporated suggestions from the UAC on additions to the workplan in the attached draft workplan.
