Background

Pursuant to Civil Service Rule V, Section 4, Removal of Names from Register, Chief Roberts requested that one name be removed from the Entry Level Police Officer Register based on the police background investigation, psychological examination, physical agility examination, or medical physical examination containing negative findings or that the candidate failed the medical physical or physical agility examinations.

The specific reasons for removal were reviewed by the Secretary-Examiner, and the reason has been determined to be supported by factual and verifiable information.  In the interest of maintaining confidentiality for the candidate whose name was removed from the register, this report does not contain the specific reasons for requesting removal.

Findings:

The following candidate is not considered eligible for further consideration, because they did not successfully complete one or more phases of the selection process that police officer candidates undergo after being placed on the register:  Dominic Lee.  The candidate was notified in writing and has not appealed.
