Project Information:
Development proposal is to demolish the existing 10,000 sq.ft. Washington State School Directors Association building and construct a new single story 8,975 sq.ft. building. Forty-one vehicular parking spaces are proposed, plus two long-term and two short-term bicycle parking spaces. The Land Use Review includes SEPA Environmental Review, Engineering, Building, Urban Forestry, and Fire Protection review.
