Background and Analysis:
Article III, Section 3.3 (Board Officers) of the Olympia Metropolitan Park District (OMPD) Charter states that the OMPD Board shall have three officers: the President, the Vice-President (also the Clerk) and the Treasurer. The OMPD Charter states: “The President and Vice-President shall be elected annually by the Board from among its members.”
