Background and Analysis:
Downtown property owners are exploring the notion of a property assessment district in downtown Olympia. The Olympia Downtown Alliance is helping to facilitate this process. At a special PBIA meeting in early May (date to be determined), members of the effort’s Steering Committee, the project consultant, and Alliance staff, will share progress to date and answer any questions that PBIA board members may have.
