Background and Analysis:
RCW 35A.34.240 <https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=35A.34.240> requires that a quarterly budget report be submitted to the City Manager and City Council. The report should include a comparison of budget appropriations vs. actual expenditures and revenues received from all sources in the preceding quarter.
Staff will present a budget report representing the City’s financial activities for the period of January 2019 through March 2019, provide analysis of the report, and seek Committee feedback on format and level of detail provided.
