The Design Review Board welcomes three new volunteers to the board, Ingrid Gulden, Bassim Kreem, and Virginia Sorrells. The new board members received a basic introduction and orientation to the review and approval process and an overview of board responsibilities. The intent of this agenda item will be to expand on the basics of Olympia Design Review by discussing, among other things, the contents of project proponent architectural plan sets, staff and board analysis checklists, rules of procedure, and the Washington State Open Government Training Act. Additionally, staff will provide an update of the Downtown Strategy Downtown Design Review requirements update.
