Background and Analysis:
Downtown property owners are exploring the notion of a property assessment district in downtown Olympia. The Olympia Downtown Alliance is helping to facilitate this process. Members of the effort’s Steering Committee, the project consultant, and Alliance staff, will share progress to date including a draft business plan and answer any questions that PBIA board members may have.
