City staff will continue the briefing on the preliminary 2020 budget and rate analysis at the UAC meeting on September 5, 2019.

Staff is providing attachments as requested by the UAC at the August 22nd meeting.

Staff have worked with Fiscal Services to refine proposed revenue and expenditure budgets. As a result, the attachments reflect several revisions to the materials presented at the August 22nd meeting.

The UAC will review the 2020 utility rates and operating budget one last time at their October 2019 meeting. The UAC will draft a letter with their recommendations to the City Council after the October meeting and before Council reviews the City’s budget and utility rates in December.
