Project Information:
Construct a pre-manufactured metal building on existing asphalt auto parking/queuing are for customer vehicles awaiting damage repairs due to auto accidents. Existing open parking area to be enclosed in next structure of approximately 6,000 - 7,000 sf metal building. Paint booth and vehicle repair bays are intended. New building does not displace existing parking landscaping or change existing site drainage. New building does not encroach utility easements, sight screening buffers, property line setback, fire separations and is not visible from the front of the lot (carriage Dr).
