Background and Analysis:
The City is wrapping up a project to study the restoration, recreation and trail alternatives for West Bay Park. Part of the planning process included considering a bicycle/pedestrian trail in West Bay Park, which is of interest to this committee.
In early 2018, the BPAC participated in a public meeting about this project, and members gave feedback to staff and the design team.
We are including a link to the West Bay Park webpage, which includes information about this planning process. This may be useful both to new members who did not participate in the process last year and to returning members, to refresh memories.
At this meeting, staff will give a high-level briefing on the results of this process. When the report is published, we will also send members a link.
