Project Information:

The project includes construction of approximately 24-26 apartment units along Evergreen Park Dr.  One way, 45-degree parking, has been included to account for 24 on-site parking stalls.  An additional 12 on street parking stalls will be utilized as well.  Water and Sewer will be served by the existing City infrastructure in Evergreen Park Dr.  Stormwater runoff will be mitigated using LID features outlined in the City of Olympia Stormwater Manual.
