Background and Analysis:
The Transportation Benefit District (TBD Board meetings are typically brief, and the TBD constitutes the same body as the Olympia City Council. For this reason, it is more efficient to hold Board meetings on the same nights as City Council business meetings. Staff proposes that the regular meetings of the TBD Board be scheduled for the same day as the last City of Olympia Council business meeting in the months of January and September at 6:00 pm.
