Background and Analysis:
The General Government Committee interviewed Rose Emerson at its February 18, special meeting and recommend her appointments to fill a vacancy on the Arts Commission with terms ending March 31, 2023. The Chair of the Arts Commission, Timothy Grisham, joined the General Government Committee for the interview.
