Move to approve appointment of Kenneth House, Stephen Scott and Jessica Bieber to the Heritage Commission to fill vacancies, with terms ending March 31, 2023.

Background and Analysis:
The General Government Committee interviewed Kenneth House, Stephen Scott and Jessica Bieber at its February 20, 2020, special meeting and recommends their appointments to fill vacancies on the Heritage Commission with terms ending March 31, 2023. The Vice Chair of the Heritage Commission, Holly Davies, joined the General Government Committee for the interview.
