Background and Analysis:
Vice Chair Soucoup Chairs the Thurston County Affordable Housing Pipeline. That group recently made recommendations to the county for future affordable housing development priorities. For the last two years Home Fund projects have also been funded through the Thurston County’s pipeline process.

Affordable housing is of high interest to the community. Siting can be controversial.
