Background and Analysis:

Of the four grants awarded in 2020, three of them have been amended by contract until the end of 2021 due to restrictions on entertainment and limitations to gathering (the fourth was already granted extension at the time of signing). The opportunity generally goes out at the end of September. Application review and discussion will bring Arts Commission expectations in alignment with the possibilities and challenges of the times.
