Project Information:
The overall development proposal for this property will consist of two phases. This application is for the first phase only, which consists of a 5-story building with 65 residential housing units and a homeless shelter with 60-beds, both with supporting services. The new building will be located on the northern portion of the site and the existing building will remain. Future phase 2 would consist of demolition of the existing building and redevelopment with a new residential multifamily building with affordable housing units.
