Background and Analysis:
At the October 28 Home Fund Advisory Meeting I reported on the 2021 Housing Operating Budget and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) budget. This update will provide more information on recent activities related to affordable housing development activities, the Multi Family Tax Exemption Program, renter protections, and COVID response efforts related to homelessness.
Discussion of capital funds and recommendations for the 2021 construction grant are a separate agenda topic.
