Project Information:
Bayan Trails project entailing what has been done previously, changes that we are doing to the site plan, and how this will ensure efficiency towards taking this to completion. We are looking to eliminate the proposed 6th Ave NE road extensions, then add a second parking lot in the southern half of the lots to enlarge parking lot size. This will also provide accommodations to vehicular, solid waste, and EMS circulation throughout parking.
