Background and Analysis:
The PBIA included $6,000 in their 2023 budget to support 4th quarter marketing. At the last meeting, the Board decided to focus this on releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an outside organization to coordinate and promote holiday makers market events during the 4th quarter.
Staff will present the Board with a draft RFP in April. At this meeting, the Board should discuss what elements and direction they would like to have included in the RFP. The Board should also consider how the project can forward equity and climate action (two top priorities of the City Council.)
