Project Information:

The project looks to remodel the existing 7 Eleven building, reconfigure parking to allow access from the north and south ends, and add a fuel island to the parcel located just south of the existing 7 eleven building. The fuel island is zoned GC and the 7 Eleven parcel is zoned HDC-4.

Access is proposed to be revised along Lilly Rd to close off the existing access point and install two driveways (one where the existing SFR accesses Lilly rd, and an additional one farther south). Both access points will be south of the existing barrier curb along Lilly Rd.

Solid waste is located on the furthest south parcel, 413 Lilly Rd. No other development is proposed for this parcel.
