2026 Code Amendments - Public Hearing

Ms. Phillips provided a presentation on 2026 Code Amendments.  
The public hearing opened at 6:55 p.m. No one spoke. The public hearing  
ended at 6:55 p.m.  
Commissioner Sauerhoff moved, seconded by Commissioner Grubb, to  
recommend approval of OMC updates as proposed. The motion passed.

REPORTS  
Vice Chair Garcia is attending Strongtowns national convention in May. He will share  
findings.  
Commissioner Sauerhoff reported April 22 the Northwest Eco Building Guild is hosting a  
low-carbon concrete learning session.

OTHER TOPICS  
Chair Quetin will look to hold more in-person meetings as an option while keeping  
online/hybrid available. The April 20 Planning Commission meeting will be optional  
in-person with online available.
