Councilmembers spent time together for an informal discussion and information sharing  
prior to the formal business meeting.  
Topics discussed inlcuded: the Salary Commission appointment recommendation, the  
received request from the Nisqually Tribe to form an Accord, a Sister City delegation  
update, an update on the Regional Immigration Coordination meetings, and an update on  
the review and improvements of the Mayoral and Council proclamation process.
