Project Information:
This addition and remodel project will create a 3.3% increase to the existing floor area in the southwest corner to accommodate a 3-exam room expansion. The remainder of the interior spaces will be updated to modernize the practice, creating a fresh, cohesive, and flowing design.
The exterior of the expansion will take great efforts to tie-into all the existing materials and scale, including the windows, siding, roof, fascias, and gutters. All facades will receive new paint to allow the building, new and old, to work together in unison.
