Project Information:
The proposed project goal is to consolidate Ground Maintenance’s operation from across campus into a single location. This includes a new ground up 5,600 SF steel or wood building housing a mechanic’s shop and offices, structured carports for the team’s vehicles and equipment, reuse of existing shipping containers for storage, and covered storage for materials and equipment. An equipment wash station and semi-permanent fueling station will also be built with isolated containment for each.
