Background and Analysis:
According to the Advisory Committee By-laws, Chair and Vice-chair elections should take place every year in November or December, however because PRAC does not hold a regular meeting in either of those months it is included on the January agenda.
A motion will be needed to elect a Chair and Vice-chair for the remainder of 2024.
