Project Description:
Construct 112 units of permanently affordable residential housing on a 10-acre site. The project will include 48 three-story townhomes, 36 two-story townhomes, and 28 one-story senior townhomes. The project will operate using a land lease model where the townhomes will be owned by the homeowner and the land will be leased to the homeowner. Other site improvements include parking, stormwater/flood plain storage, open space, and walking paths that will connect to the nearby LBA Woods. Space is set aside for a future commercial component which will be permitted separately.
