The building is owned by 4MFERNS LLC. Family members of the Owner, operate the existing Olympia Barber School currently located on Pacific Ave. SE. It is the Owners desire and proposal to add a second story to the existing building to accommodate the Olympia Barber School. It is also a personal service function and is designated as a B Occupancy. The proposed 1330 S.F. second story will be served by two (2) new stairways. This proposal requires no change. The required parking will be determined by a future Parking Demand
