Background and Analysis:
Each year, all Committees of the City Council develop a work plan and forward it to the full City Council for approval. Staff prepared a draft Work Plan based on routine items that come before the Committee on an annual basis and priorities identified on the draft 2025 City Council Work Plan.
The City Council is discussing the 2025 City Council Work Plan at their annual retreat on January 25. Staff will confirm the work plan topics with the Committee on January 29 following the retreat and finalize the work plan.

The Climate Framework analysis will be completed for the individual work plan items being presented to the Committee throughout the year.

Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
Items on the Community Livability and Public Safety Committee work plan are of high interest to the community and Council-appointed advisory committees, commissions, and boards. These will be highlighted by staff when the work plan item is presented to the Committee.

The financial impact will be discussed as the individual work plan items are presented to the Committee.
