Background and Analysis:
At the beginning of each calendar year, the Olympia City Council traditionally holds a retreat to develop understanding and agreement on plans, priorities, and protocols for successfully leading the City in the coming year.
The 2025 City Council retreat is currently proposed to be held on January 23-24, 2026. The City Manager will provide some ideas for topics based on discussions with Councilmembers. The proposed retreat facilitator is Amy Leneker. The preferred location will also be discussed.
