Background and Analysis:
Each year the Land Use and Environment Committee and all other City Council Committees and Boards and Commissions develop annual work plans for review and approval by City Council.  
 
Some Preliminary items for consideration and a tentative agenda for 2013 has been included as Attachment 1.

2.      Artesian Well Design Project - Jan, May
3.      Develop Comp Plan implementation approach (Action Plan) - Jan, Mar, June, Dec
4.      Develop recommendations for Council's consideration of the Comp Plan Update - Mar, May, July
5.      Shoreline Master Program including the Restoration Plan - April, Oct
6.      Coordinate with the Coalition of Neighborhood Associations on the development of a Subarea Planning process - May, July, Sept
