Background and Analysis:
The City uses petty cash and change funds to support small and incidental transactions that arise in the normal course of business requiring cash. Cash-based activities have changed since the funds were last evaluated in 2017.
This resolution repeals the previous petty cash and change fund Resolution and modifies the change funds and petty cash amounts throughout the City to better support current needs as follows:
