Options:
1. Approve the Resolution authorizing the Interlocal Agreement. Accept the terms of the Interlocal Agreement and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement.
2. Do not approve the Resolution authorizing the Interlocal Agreement and send back to staff for further work.
Financial Impact:
Thurston County Medic One and the Olympia Fire Department have a long partnership history and current agreements are in place for both ALS and BLS services. This HPU agreement with FEMA Public Assistance Contract Clauses will allow both Thurston County Medic One and the Olympia Fire Department to respond quickly with an additional unit for COVID-19 service calls.
