Background and Analysis:
Every fall City Council receives an update on Citywide Rates, Fees and Special Revenue Funds to support budget discussions for the coming year.
As a special revenue fund, the Cultural Access Fund is reviewed in this process.
Program staff will share the Inspire Olympia budget information presented to the Council’s Finance Committee on September 21 and the City Council on October 6.
