Announcement of the results of a recent online election to elect new PBIA Board Members.

Background and Analysis:
The PBIA holds an annual election to appoint new Board members. Each member (PBIA rate paying) business is entitled to one vote. An online election was launched July 1, 2026 and closed August 3, 2026.
The August PBIA meeting was canceled. Staff will provide the election results at the September PBIA meeting.

Equity Analysis:
The PBIA election provides ratepayers with an opportunity to participate in selecting representative who reflect the diverse businesses and interests within the PBIA.
