Background and Analysis:
The Preliminary 2013 Operating Budget will be presented Tuesday night. The budget document, itself, is still being prepared. It will be available on the website November 6, and hard copies will be distributed to City Council at that time.
The budget for 2013 is $111 million dollars reflecting a 1.3% increase over the 2012 budget.
