Project Information:

The Olympia City Council completed the sale of 900 Plum Street in mid-2025. As a result, the various occupancies of the site have to be relocated. One of those occupancies is storage of equipment and evidence. We are proposing to relocate this use, at least temporarily (Jay says 10 years), to the building formerly known as Capital Plumbing and Heating as well as the former Auto Sales lot.
