Project Information:
The Port of Olympia proposes to expand the existing Swantown Boatworks yard to increase operational capacity and improve service capabilities for the region’s boating community. The project will develop approximately 32,500 square feet of previously unpaved grass area located between the existing Boatworks yard and Marine Drive NE. The expansion area will be graded, filled, and paved to create a new PGIS-compliant yard surface suitable for vessel storage, staging, and equipment operations.
