Project Information:
This property will be renovated into a Homeless Recovery Shelter. Housing approximately 10-15 residents who are in need of housing. We will provide shelter, showers, laundry, resources, childcare, food and hygiene. Daily meals will be provided: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Every room and use of this property will be used either for housing, providing resources, and assisting the needs of the residents, offices for the staff and volunteers. Providing a kitchen to prepare food and dining will be included in the renovations.
Rooms will be separated in between Adult Men, Adult Women, and there will be 2 small family rooms available for residents of 4. If residents have infants then include residents of 5. Restrooms and showers are available. I believe there are 3 that are available that will need minor upgrades. We might need to add, but nothing concrete until renovations.
