Issue:
Following City Council’s approval of the Heritage Commission’s 2015 Work Plan on March 31, 2015, Commissioners will decide on which sub-committees to form to address the goals of their work plan as well as membership of those committees.

To help in this discussion, Commissioners are provided with the approved 2015 Work Plan (Attachment 1) and last year’s roster of sub-committees with membership (Attachment 2).
