Issue:
The Planning Commission's Leadership Team is comprised of the Commission's Chair, Vice-Chair and Subcommittee Chair(s). The role of the Leadership Team is to:
 
1. Manage the execution of the Commission's work plan and process.
2. Represent the Commission to the City Council, Council committees, City staff, media, public events, and other communications related to the Commission's work plan.
3. Attend the Council's Land Use & Environment Committee briefings pertaining to the work of the Planning Commission.
4. Coordinate the work of Commission with staff.
 
In general, the Leadership Team meets every other week to discuss future agendas, process and other issues as relate to above. In an effort to help Commissioners better understand the what the Leadership Team does, Chair Parker has attached his notes from the February 1st meeting.
