Project Information:
The proposed project consists of the installation of two portable classroom buildings at the existing school campus located at 1010 Black Lake Blvd SW, Olympia, Washington. The proposed portables will be placed on existing gravel surface. The project includes limited site preparation, placement of portables, installation of deck in between, splashblocks. No clearing or grading is proposed, and the existing site drainage patterns will generally remain unchanged. The primary stormwater impact associated with the project is the runoff generated from the proposed roof area, while the elevated wood deck will allow stormwater runoff to pass through to the existing gravel surface below.
