Issue:
The Olympia Police Department recognized members of the Department, members of the community, and City of Olympia staff for excellent work and partnerships throughout the year at its Annual Recognition Meeting on May 14, 2014. In addition, the Department celebrated National Corrections Officer Week, which was May 4-10, 2014 and National Law Enforcement Week, which ran from May 10-16, 2014.
