Background and Analysis:
At the mid-year point in the calendar year, the Olympia City Council traditionally holds a retreat to develop understanding and agreement on plans, priorities, and protocols for successfully leading the City in the coming year.
The 2026 City Council mid-year retreat is currently scheduled for Saturday, July 18. Staff will discuss with the Committee potential agenda items, Amy Lenker as the proposed retreat facilitator, and options for location.
