The Commission will final the Urban Neighborhood proposal, which relates to their overall recommendation on the Comprehensive Plan Update.

Background and Analysis:
The Planning Commission completed their recommendation on the Comprehensive Plan Update on March 18, 2013. During deliberations, the Commission discussed the Urban Corridor land use designation. Subsequently, the Commission voted to recommend additional Urban Neighborhood goal and policies and a map. The Commission continued discussion and refined the Urban Neighborhoods proposal during their meetings on April 1st and 15th. They directed Commissioner Ingman to incorporate their edits and submit the final draft to staff for inclusion in tonight's packet. The Commission will final this refined proposal tonight, and then forward it to City Council as an attachment to their Comprehensive Plan recommendation transmittal letter.
