Background and Analysis:

Over the past 7-8 years, the LOTT Clean Water Alliance has been conducting an extensive, multi-year study of the infiltration of reclaimed water into groundwater.  The goal has been to provide local scientific data and community perspectives to help policymakers make informed decisions about future reclaimed water treatment and uses.  The LOTT Board of Directors has received numerous briefings over the course of the study. 

 

LOTT staff has requested an opportunity to brief the Olympia City Council on the findings of the study.  They are making similar briefings to all of the other LOTT partner jurisdictions.

LOTT will describe the public involvement conducted throughout the study and a summary of the community perspectives they have received.

1.                     Receive the briefing.

2.                     Do not receive the briefing.

3.                     Receive the briefing at another time.
