Background and Analysis:
The City has comprehensive GIS data sources for water, stormwater, and sewer systems and would like to improve the accuracy of our information regarding infrastructure on Port properties. More accurate mapping will assist with spill and illicit discharge coordination between the City and Port. Additionally, the Western Washington Phase II Stormwater Permit, under which both the City and Port are regulated, encourages sharing of mapping data between Permittees. Similar data sharing agreements have been previously approved between the City and Thurston County.
Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
No known concerns.
Options:
1.      Authorize the interlocal data sharing agreement
2.      Decline authority to sign the interlocal data sharing agreement

Financial Impact:
None
