Project Information:

The scope of the project is to bring the interior and exterior of the facility up to current manufactures standards resulting in both Commercial Tenant Improvements and Commercial Expansion with minor site modification. No changes to the exterior of the site are expected nor any changes to existing landscape. See the attached drawing package for existing site information and building narrative for occupancy, area, and construction.
