Staff report will include:
-Information on appropriation of $50,000 from Home Fund reserves to fund gap for 10 new family shelter beds under construction at Family Support Center’s campus.
-Discussion of letter requested regarding city and county home funds at previous meeting
-Update on safe parking and scattered site efforts at city and Regional Housing Council including 1406 discussions
-Update on renter protection community conversations
-Next steps on city plans to expand affordable housing MFTE
-Staff plans to coordinate with LOTT to qualify for potential connection fee grants
-Olympia housing staff updates
-Update on plans to offer stipends for advisory board members
